I had to put this post on, my Terry worked for the London Undergound for 40 years.

He took redundancy and his pension at 55 (2011), which thankfully paid off our mortgage. Then we had 7 years of, lots of good holidays and good times. He had a good pension which has now been passed to me.

But his job was hard, he worked for the Emergency Response Unit and dealt with quiet a lot of suicides, he saved a lot of lives but also saw a lot of people die.

He was left with a lot of mental scars from his job. So seeing this post today, made me think of Terry and I just had to post it.

This is good advice.
