This day was not as bad as I thought it would be. I think I was so bad the day before, thinking about what Terry had been through that on the actual day I felt a strange kind of calm.

I got up lite a candle for Terry sat with my thoughts for a while. In the evening my children and grandchildren, my sister Trudy, Mitchelll and Megan came round.

We told stories about Terry and laughed and cried, but good tears. His memory is so alive with us all.

I will never will able to thank my children and family for their love and support. It means so much to have a good support group around you.
